The Buyers Realty Code of Ethics requires that each Realtor and employee:

1. Always places the client’s interest above our own
2. Recommends the most appropriate product/products to fill the client’s needs
3. Keeps client fees fair
4. Acts with integrity at all times…not just at the office
5. Advises clients immediately upon encountering an obstacle or problem
6. Discloses all compensation to clients
7. Acts with fairness and prudence with every decision
8. Always is honest and forthright with clients and all others
9. Never engages in misleading or deceptive sales or marketing practices
10. Adheres to high business standards beyond what are required by regulations
11. Maintains regular, timely contact with clients
